8TH SCC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

On behalf of the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South Africa, we invite you to our eighth AGM of this Chamber. The event will be presided by H.E. the Ambassador of Spain, Mr Raimundo Robredo Rubio.  

The SCC Annual General Meeting will be held on the 27^th  of May 2022  from 11:00 to 13:30.  

The venue and time information follows hereunder:

Venue: The AGM will be held at the Embassy of Spain, Lord Charles Complex, 337 Brooklyn Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria.

Time:  

• 10h30 –  11h00 Registration
• 11h00  – 13h30 Annual General Meeting

Please advise your preference of attendance by 23 May 2022:

• In person
• Online (For the members that wish to attend online, a Zoom link will be sent to them by 25 May 2022).

The AGM meeting will adhere to all the Covid-19 measures. For those attending in person, due to the Covid-19 status, we may or may not invite you to the Ambassador Residence, as social networking and sharing a meal is may not be permitted at that time. We will keep you updated, with regards to this. 

Kindly note that the submission of all nominations are due on the 17 May 2022 and the proxy form 48 hours before the AGM.
